We can now offer online as well as traditional paper-based registration, and delegates are encouraged to take up this option using the form below. On completion you are transfered to the secure Worldpay site for payment.
The Registration Fee is payable by all Conference Attendees (i.e.both Rotarians and non-Rotarian spouses/partners). No payment for hotels is required at this point, the Conference Registrar will contact delegates during July 2016 requesting pre-payment of Hotel Accommodation charges. Please see the Accommodation page for more information.

Payment is made using the secure Worldpay portal and no details are recorded on this site.
Registration fee refunds policy
Requests for refunds should be made in writing to the Conference Registrar. All requests will be considered sympathetically by the Conference Committee, who will endeavour to return as much as possible (or all) of the registration fee paid, especially when the reason for cancellation is bereavement or illness (personal or of a dependent). Requests for refunds for other reasons will be considered in order of date received but whether or not a refund can be offered will depend on the final Conference costs and the availability of funds.
